Combo Dance Classes
Students are instructed in tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop during a 45 minute class. Students warm up with a full stretching routine followed by ballet exercises and choreography. Jazz consists of progressions across the floor and choreography. During Tap class students perform tap exercises and work on combinations across the floor as well as time steps and traveling time steps.

Toddler Tumble Time
This class is offered for toddlers ages 2-4, and is a combination of creative movement and beginner tumbling. Students will learn basic stretches, jumps, creative movements, rolls, etc. This is an excellent way for young tumblers to participate in social and physical interaction. Students will increase agility as well as gross motor skills.
Tumbling Level 1
This is a beginner class that will teach the basic fundamentals of tumbling. Students in this class will work on basic progressions: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, handstand drills, cartwheels, and round-offs. Strength and flexibility will be instructed each class and staff will assist each student with hands-on spotting techniques to ensure proper body alignment and muscle memory.
Tumbling Level 2
Students must be able to do a backbend to enroll in this class. This class is geared for students who have mastered the basic tumbling skills (Level 1) and are ready to move on. The skills in this class are dive
rolls, front walkovers, back walkovers, multiple cartwheels, power hurdle, and a two-step entry into a round-off. As students progress, they will begin work on back handsprings. Strength, conditioning, and flexibility will also be taught each class session.
